On Monday, we had the privilege of hosting Phillip (from Austin), and Karin and John (from Oklahoma) for an afternoon Canyon Lake Trip on our Bass Buggy 18DLX Pontoon boat. Both Phillip and John caught some fun and quality largemouth Bass. Karin on the other hand didn't just move the 2 largest bass of the day but also showcased one of the great secrets to the joy of fishing...
While John and Phillip fished hard, both standing and moving around the boat for the best spot, Karin sat in of our casting chairs relaxed, telling stories, laughing, all the while bringing bass to the boat. She showcased some of the most important secret's to the joy of fishing and a recipe for a great adventure..

We've had a great Smallmouth Bass bite on Canyon Lake as of late. Whether your fly fishing or Conventional fishing you will have yourself a shot at some great fishing. The Texas hill country offers some great oppurtunitites for guided fishing trips all summer!
